Uses and characteristics:
★ Specially used for the improvement of granulation of coffee-colored DAP, MAP and NPK compound fertilizer.
★ It has surfactant, which can reduce the surface tension of slurry, improve the granulation and make the particles smooth and uniform.
★ The fertilizer modified by particles is the same color inside and outside, natural and true, which can make the product present a beautiful luster and will not fade.
★ When used with the coating agent, it can further increase the luster of the fertilizer and prevent clumping.
★ Contains high active zinc humic acid, which can promote crop growth, enhance photosynthesis, and inhibit the activity of soil urease.
Usage and dosage:
Usage: directly add the fertilizer slurry with metering pump or automatic adding system. When using monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate, add phosphoric acid directly from the suction end of the phosphoric acid pump.
Usage: according to the mass of phosphoric acid and production process conditions, the amount added is 3kg-8kg per ton of fertilizer.
Packaging and storage：
High pressure polyethylene barrel packaging, 1000 kg/barrel or according to customer requirements. Try to avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool and ventilated place.
Precautions for use:
★ After long storage time, there may be a small amount of precipitation, which will not affect the use after mixing evenly.
★ A cofferdam should be built in the area where this product is used to avoid leakage into the rainwater system.
★ If there is a small amount of leakage during use, rinse it with water into the wastewater of the fertilizer system. In case of large leakage, collect it in a container and reuse it.
Safety precautions
★ Please wear protective gloves when using, and wash hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritating and non-corrosive, contact with skin and eyes should be avoided.
★ Do not eat. If swallowed, induce vomiting or seek medical attention immediately.
★ After use, the packaging should be sorted out and treated as general waste packaging. Under normal circumstances, the packaging should be recycled by our company.
