Uses and characteristics:
★ For mineral processing thickening equipment, the product addresses issues of concentrate loss and environmental pollution during operation. Utilizing a water-soluble polymer, it aggregates suspended particles in water to form larger flocs, facilitating sedimentation or filtration. This effectively reduces solid suspended matter content, enhances water clarity and cleanliness, resolves thickener turbidity issues, and achieves the desired underflow velocity.
★ The product is mainly used in the treatment of thickening and dewatering of pulp, with the characteristics of less dosage, high dewatering efficiency and easy separation.
★ The dosage concentration of this product is generally 80-200g/T concentrate, and the specific dosage is determined according to the test of pulp properties.
1. Preparation of reserve solution: it is best to prepare with desalted water, and the recommended concentration of preparation is 1-2‰. When adding, it should be dispersed evenly and added slowly. The solution should be stirred at 100 rpm in the tank to dissolve and be ready for use. The temperature of dissolution should not exceed 50℃.
2. Continuous addition: transfer the reserve liquid into the dosing tank, open the metering pump, calculate the dosage according to the required amount, and let the agent continuously inject into the system.
3. During use, the best amount should be determined according to the actual situation of pulp through test.
Packaging and storag：
20-25kg plastic woven bag or lined plastic paper bag packaging. Moisture-proof, heat-sensitive, storage period of 12 months, stored in a cool, dry place.
Precautions for use：
★ The prepared product will be weakened in use for a long time, so it should be used up within the production cycle.
★ This product is a cationic and anionic balanced surfactant system. Do not add other surfactants or acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals when using it, so as not to destroy its stability and affect the effect of the product.
Safety precautions：
★ Although this product is not corrosive and irritating, it should also be avoided from contact with skin and eyes. If it is stained on the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water, and seek medical treatment if necessary.
★ This product is not edible. If swallowed, please induce vomiting or seek medical attention immediately.
★ After use, rinse the residual material with clean water. The cleaning water can be added to the defoaming system. The cleaned packaging can be treated as general waste packaging. Under normal circumstances, the packaging is recycled by our company.
★ Product leakage should be avoided. If leakage occurs, flush with plenty of water and drain the flushing water into the sewage system.
